Once again this year, our Union has received a flood of complaints about discrepancies in the payment of the Christmas bonus, discrepancies created by payroll companies and imposed on workers.
This situation is unacceptable. Every colleague deserves clarity, fairness, and the full amount they are owed. Nothing less.
We stand firm. We fight for what should already be guaranteed: basic decency, stable employment, and contracts that respect our labour instead of exploiting it.
We demand an end to short‑term contracts used as tools of pressure, punishment, or intimidation. Every colleague must be directly employed by TP, with the security and dignity that permanent contracts provide.
We call on all our colleagues to join us, to strengthen our ranks, to raise our collective voice, and to escalate our class struggle for the rights, respect, and quality of life we all deserve.
Our demands are clear, non‑negotiable, and just:
• Immediate payment of the Christmas bonus in full for every worker, with all discrepancies corrected without delay.
• Permanent contracts for all colleagues, directly under TP. No more precarious employment.
• Substantial salary increases for every worker, across all languages and projects, to match the rising cost of living.
• Ergonomic equipment for all remote workers, or full reimbursement for its purchase. Health is not optional.
• A humane schedule: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, 35 hours total.
We refuse to accept a system where our lives, our health, and our future are sacrificed for corporate profit.
The choice is simple: their profits or our lives, and we choose our lives.
