They tried to silence us. They failed.

Last year, Teleperformance launched a ruthless campaign against our colleagues and leading members of the union who dared to stand up for workers’ rights. Their crime? Exercising their legal and legitimate trade union freedoms.

The company retaliated with dismissals; an attack not just on individuals, but on all of us.We did not back down.

We raised our voices and declared:

Ηands off our colleagues! Hands off our Union!

Sign the collective agreement now, with wage increases and rights for all!

From the moment our Union was born, we made one thing clear: Our demands are just. Our fight is righteous. And we will not stop until we win.

They want workers to be silent and disposable. Just some numbers that they can dismiss whenever it suits them.

They are disturbed that we are no longer isolated, that we stand together, united, demanding dignity and a better life.

They are disturbed that our Union exists.

Disturbed that their abuses are no longer hidden.

Disturbed that the pressure is mounting, and that they will soon be forced to sign a collective agreement with real wage increases.

So they turned to anti-union tactics. They fired union members. They tried to sabotage our organizing. They exploited every loophole in anti-labor legislation and flexible work laws to dodge accountability and crush resistance.

But we are not afraid.

We demand the immediate reinstatement of all dismissed colleagues, especially those targeted for union activity.

We demand permanent contracts for all.

We demand the signing of our proposed collective agreement, with fair pay and full rights for every worker.

This is not just our fight. It’s the fight of over 12,000 Teleperformance employees.

It’s the fight of every call center worker. It’s the fight of every worker demanding a collective agreement, fair wages, and protections that match the rising cost of living.

We draw strength from the solidarity of federations, labor centers, and dozens of unions.

And we say loud and clear: This will not pass ! We will never back down !

We will stand together at the Athens First Degree Court from September 26 to October 20, where our colleagues’ cases will be heard.

We will strike for four hours on Friday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m in defense of our colleagues and against management’s attacks.

We call for:

A General Assembly of our Union on Sunday, September 21, at 4:00 p.m. at the Piraeus Labor Center to coordinate our next steps.

A 24-hour nationwide general strike on October 1st against the monstrous bill proposing 13-hour workdays.

We will not sacrifice our lives for their profits and their wars. We know a better future is possibleWe are united.

No one stands alone.

Together, we grow stronger.

Our demands are fair. We will achieve them and we will win !

Hands off our Union! General Assembly on Sunday, September 21, at 4:00 p.m.
