We salute the thousands of strikers who fought the battle in our 3rd round of strikes against intimidation, threats and manipulation from the management’s side. We salute our colleagues at Audi, Miele, Mercedes, Samsung, our colleagues at Norton, Fleetboard, Dropbox, and Viva Wallet and in dozens of other departments. All those who, after a month and a half of struggle, have gone on strike for the first time. We are here, and we will continue to be here, because justice is on our side, because we are fighting to make our lives better!

Our struggle so far is already winning together with 3rd round’s big strike battle we have fought.

We have succeeded in breaking the isolation of WAHA with colleagues who are constantly organizing in the ranks of SETIP, but also of SETEP from all over Greece, who are practically shouting enough is enough! It is victorious, because we have managed, in a very short time, to discuss collectively, in more and more departments, in almost every language. Through mass collective processes we decide our every step. We are growing as a united front!

We are already winners because out of the fire of our strike struggle, our Trade Union SETEP was born and is now legally approved! Whichmeans that their lies are over!

We are winners because we have openly denounced all the practices of Teleperfomance, which we officially submitted to the Presidency of the Parliament, after the open letter sent by SETIP together with the SETEP, to the Ministry of Labour and the Labour Inspectorate, so that none of those responsible can say that they did not know. We denounced the illegalities of the downsizing, the intimidation, the way colleagues are thrown from department to department like garbage. How they leave them unpaid at will. The unpaid overtime to a number of colleagues, members of lower management, and much more about which we are calling on even more colleagues to contact us to do everything we can.

We are already winners because we have managed to break the multinational front, with Webhelp sitting at the table receiving formally our demands , while Teleperformance resorting to jokes, and to legal tricks.

We are already winners because in their panic, TP ran to the departments with the highest participation in the strike to give cheeses and insult raises, of 30 and 50 euros, like the Turkish departments of Apple, who gave them a payment just for not going on strike. In other departments, such as the German department of N26 and other French, Italian and Nordic departments, they promised 150 to 200 euros every month, while the vast majority of our colleagues turned them down!

So we answer them, we want a Collective Agreement! Concrete commitments to our demands, with rights, with real improvement in working conditions, not words and bonuses that can be taken back in a month. Everything you have known up to now is now time to forget.

We invite you to sit down at the table and discuss with us, with those who bring you your profits, who answer the calls, write the emails, close the tickets. Teleperformance is the first and fastest growing in the industry in profitability. You spent a boatload of money to buy out Majorel. The raises we’re asking for represent less than 4% of your profitability.

We are here, we are many, we will win! Until the signing of the collective agreement, we will be here, today with our brothers from France, tomorrow even more.

We call on a demonstration at the Ministry of Immigration on Thursday 21/03 at 19.00 to demand together for all our colleagues under the special purpose visa regime to receive a proper answer. The government’s response of no worsening of the conditions of stay does not cover us because we want an improvement in the working conditions of our colleagues and we do not accept to just stay the same.

Massive 3rd round! We have proven our determination! We invite the company to negotiate!
