Dear colleagues,

We continue into March with even greater momentum and even greater determination. We are already winners and we will succeed!

Our demands are just and we will achieve them. We demanded a 20% increase for everyone, regardless of language, regardless of seniority. At Teleperformance they first replied that we already get a lot. After the first strike, they said that the company would go abroad, after the second strike we will think about it. After the general strike on 28/02, they went to the departments and languages with the highest participation and promised, based on years of experience, either no increase for those with up to one year of work, or 50 euros for most. We thank the company for instituting for the first time ever the “productivity strike bonus”, showing us that the only way to get what we want is to close as many departments as we can in as many languages as we can.

The greatest proof that our struggle is working is the negotiation of Webhelp management on our collectively determined demands.

They have been formally served, as agreed at the first formal meeting, and we are awaiting their response. Once again we call on Teleperformance to withdraw the lawsuit, stop hiding from us, and come to the table to negotiate, based on the Collective Labor Agreement they have asked us for, before they resort to legal terminology and we have formally served them. We are going down the same road with the other companies TTEC and Foundever until they decide to respond seriously and negotiate. We are also putting in our ranks our colleagues at Majorel, recently acquired, for about 3 Billion Euros. They work mainly in Thessaloniki and are an integral part of our struggle.

In this struggle, we have never been alone. This time we have chosen to go on strike on Wednesday 13 March to coordinate our march with our colleagues mainly at Teleperformance and Webhelp, Majorel and the other call centers, who will strike on the same day in France. We are escalating our struggle! We are not leaving a single department that our call does not reach. Not a single colleague who doesn’t know about the strike!

The third round is here, we’re still warming up, and we’re going for a knockout!

We call for:

• Join the strike from Wednesday 13/03/2024 at 07.00 to Thursday at 07.00 and mass rallies in front of the companies’ headquarters at 08.00.
• We gather at 12.00 at the Constitution to deliver our demands to the Presidency of the Parliament.
• We all participate in the big solidarity concert of the SETIP to strengthen our strike fund. To facilitate the participation in the strike struggle of colleagues with financial problems. On 09/03 at the 1st Lyceum of Tavros, 16 Agia Sophia at 18.00.

We demand:

• The immediate signing of Collective Labor Agreements based on the drafts voted in the General Assemblies that have been officially served to the big companies of the call centers.
• Abolish the shameful special-purpose visa for all our non-EU colleagues.
• Full and permanent visas to all.
