Yesterday’s General Assembly made clear once again, what we have made known to everyone from the first moment our Union was created, in this fight no one is alone! We will not back down unless we win our just demands!

The company is in a difficult position and knows that they will be forced to sign a CLA and there is no way to hide this!

At the beginning they tried with the tactic of misleading, telling all the colleagues that the strike is only for foreigners, or only for Greeks to confuse and divide us. They did not succeed!

They tried, with bonuses in certain departments and languages that had the largest participation in the strike, to divide our colleagues and break our struggle. They did not succeed!

They tried, with one-on-one meetings, to show their “interest” and ask us “why are you striking?” They did not succeed!

At the same time, they treated our thousands of colleagues who are demanding better working conditions and wages that meet our needs as “usual suspects”, repeatedly declaring them on days off or refusing to declare a strike.

After the 48-hour strike they went so far as to retaliate by not renewing contracts and sending warning letters to active members of the union, and some members of our Union’s Board, with acknowledged good performance in their departments, targeting them and aiming to stop us! They won’t succeed this time either!

They are trying to convince us that our struggles and strikes are not working, at the same time that Teleperformance is fighting the workers’ struggles and union action as hard as they can. We wonder why there is such a rush to kick out colleagues who are admittedly Top Performers?

It bothers them that our union is here, stronger than ever, with hundreds of new members, it bothers them that they can’t throw hundreds of colleagues out on the street or do all sorts of unfair things like taking away our Christmas Bonus in silence anymore, it bothers them that the noose is tightening and they will be forced to sign a collective agreement with salary increases!

Hands off our colleagues! Hands off the Union! Immediately sign a collective agreement with increases and rights for all!

We call for

• 4h Work stoppage on Thursday 19/12 from 10.00-14.00 in Client X departments, technical, sales, aftersales and AI and solidarity for the avenging dismissals of union members.
  
• Campaign – mobilization at the company’s offices
  o Tuesday 17/12 – Moschato and Thessaloniki
  o Thursday 19/12 – Gravias
  o Friday 20/12 – Mavromichali
  
• Warning Strike on Monday 23/12 for all Teleperformance workers with two militant events:
  • At 08.00 in the morning in front of the buildings of Pireaus (25 Gravias), Thessaloniki (Limani Center) and Chania we unite our voices
  • and at 19.00 all strikers we gather at the building of Piraeus, 25 Gravias and voice our demands
