THE UNITED STATES BOMBED IRAN
SPREADING DEVASTATION ACROSS THE GLOBE

In the early hours of Sunday, the U.S. bombing of Iran marked a dangerous escalation of imperialist aggression. This act drags the peoples of the Middle East and the entire world deeper into the abyss of war.

There is no place for silence. No time for waiting. The smoke of war is already at our doorstep.

We reject our country’s involvement in this bloodshed. Greece must not serve as a NATO launchpad or a partner in these crimes.

We demand the immediate severing of ties between the Greek government and the state of Israel. The New Democracy government has no mandate to entangle us in imperialist schemes or make Greece complicit in regional slaughter.

We denounce the surrender of airports, ports, bases, equipment, and troops to support operations led by the U.S. and Israel. These actions turn our country into a war outpost and target.

Israel’s unrelenting assaults in the region have brought devastation to Palestine, intensifying a campaign of genocide. It now escalates its assaults under the guise of nuclear threats, targeting Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, and now Iran. The U.S. strike on Iran is a devastating blow to peace and stability for all peoples.

Imperialist forces are redrawing the map, carving borders in blood.

The New Democracy government has transformed Greece into a war base and exposed it to retaliation. The enablers of this policy, those who uphold the strategic agreements with Israel, share responsibility for these crimes.

Greece must exit imperialist warfare. 
No alliances with the war machine. 
Shut down the bases of death.
Bring home ships and military personnel. 

We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and all those oppressed by imperialism.

Greece must honor the 2015 unanimous decision of Parliament: 
Recognize the independent Palestinian state, now.
