ΝΑ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΨΕΙ Ο ΣΥΝΑΔΕΛΦΟΣ ΣΤΗ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ ΜΕ ΠΛΗΡΗ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ

ΟΛΟΙ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΙΝΗΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΤΗΝ ΠΕΜΠΤΗ 10 ΟΚΤΩΒΡΗ ΣΤΙΣ 17:00 ΕΞΩ ΑΠΟ ΤΑ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΑ ΤΗΣ TELEPERFORMANCE (26ης ΟΚΤΩΒΡΙΟΥ 43)

Αγαπητοί/ες Συναδέλφισσες και Συνάδελφοι,

Μετά την νίκη που πετύχαμε με την επαναπρόσληψη του συναδέλφου που είχε απολυθεί από την Teleperformance στο project C – κινητής τηλεφωνιας, επιμένουμε και συνεχίζουμε για να γίνει η επιστροφή αυτή με τους όρους που πρέπει.

Καταρχάς, δε δεχόμαστε το γεγονός πως πραγματοποιήθηκε απόλυση στα τέλη του Σεπτέμβρη και η επαναπρόσληψη θα γίνει στις 14 Οκτώβρη, γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι ο συνάδελφος μένει για μέρες χωρίς εργασία και άρα χωρίς εισόδημα. Και όλα αυτά, σε μια εποχή που η ακρίβεια θερίζει.

Διεκδικούμε να του καταβληθεί ο μισθός κανονικά για το χρονικό διάστημα ανάμεσα στην απόλυση και στην επαναπρόσληψη. Από τη στιγμή που έχει δηλωθεί η απόλυση, ενώ η σύμβαση ορισμένου χρόνου του συναδέλφου έληγε στα τέλη της χρονιάς, διεκδικούμε την καταβολή αποζημίωσής του, δηλαδή τους μισθούς που θα λάμβανε ως τη λήξη της σύμβασης. Τέλος, η επιστροφή του στη δουλειά πρέπει να γίνει με τους ίδιους – τουλάχιστον – όρους σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη θέση του.

Από τη στιγμή που η Teleperformance έδωσε δείγματα πως δεν είναι διατεθειμένη για κάτι τέτοιο θα μας βρει μπροστά της! Η τηλεργασία που επιφυλάσσουν για το συνάδελφο στο νέο project του, ενώ μέχρι πρότινος δούλευε από τα γραφεία, αποτελεί βλαπτική μεταβολή, αφού ο συνάδελφος δεν έχει τη δυνατότητα για κάτι τέτοιο. Πέραν τούτου, το φόρτωμα στον εργαζόμενο του λειτουργικού κόστους όπως ρεύμα, θέρμανση δουλεύοντας από το σπίτι, συνιστά μια αντικειμενικά αρνητική εξέλιξη, όπως επίσης και η αποκοπή του από το χώρο εργασίας και τους συναδέλφους του.

Η παρέμβασή μας ως τώρα απέδωσε καρπούς. Θα είχε γίνει άραγε η επαναπρόσληψη του συναδέλφου αν δεν είχε μιλήσει κανείς, αν δεν είχε τεθεί το θέμα στο τραπέζι, αν δεν υπήρχε πίεση; Απαντάμε αρνητικά, γι’ αυτό καλούμε κάθε συνάδελφο να γραφτεί στο σωματείο για να είμαστε περισσότεροι και πιο δυνατοί.

NO TO DETRIMENTAL CHAGES IN OUR WORKING CONDITIONS

ΒRING BACK OUR COLLEAGUE TO WORK WITH FULL RIGHTS

EVERYBODY TO THE MOBILISATION ON THURSDAY 10th OF OCTOBER AT 17.00 OUTSIDE TELEPERFORMANC OFFICE (26 Oktobriou str.43)

Dear Colleagues,

After the victory we achieved in the rehiring of our colleague that had been dismissed from Teleperformance at the project C of telecommunication, we insist and continue for this return to happen under the appropriate conditions.

First of all, we do not accept that the dismissal took place at the end of September and the rehiring will happen on 14th October, which means that our colleague will stay jobless for days and thus without an income. All that at a time when the rising costs are devastating.

We demand regular payment of his salary for the time lapsed between the dismissal and the rehiring. Given the fact that the dismissal was declared whilst his contemporary contract was ending at the end of the year, we demand his severance payment, i.e the salaries that he would have gotten by the end of his contract. Finally, his return to work should happen – to say the least – under the same conditions of his previous position.

Since Teleperformance has shown indications that they are not willing to do this , they will confront us! The teleworking that awaits our colleague in the new project, who until recently was working on site, constitutes a detrimental change, due to the fact that our colleague is not able to do that. Furthermore, pushing the operational costs such as electricity and heating while homeworking, constitues objectively a negative development, same as him being cut off his workplace and his colleagues.

Our intervention so far has been effective. Would the rehiring have happened, if nobody raised their voice, if the issue had not been brought to the table, if no pressure had been exercised? We answer negatively and for this reason we encourage every colleague to become a member of our union, so we can become more numerous and stronger.
