The workers’ response to the attempt by TP Greece’s management to undermine the union with a shameless attack on members of the board and leading colleagues who are members of the union by firing them is progressing with a first major victory!

According to the court ruling (No. 1713/2025 decision of the Athens Single-Member Court of First Degree), our colleague – President of the Union’s Audit Committee was dismissed for reasons related to his trade union activities, the dismissal is deemed illegal and abusive, and he must be reinstated immediately! They also ruled on him being paid the requested wages for the time in between.

We demand the immediate reinstatement of all colleagues who are being persecuted for their union activities, and the company’s immediate compliance!

We are optimistic about continuing our struggle against Teleperformance’s attempts to break our union, the collective and organized struggle that hurts them so much!

This decision follows another recent victory, in which the Labor Inspectorate ruled that the contract of a pioneering colleague and elected member of the newly formed Health and Safety Committee should be converted to a permanent contract, that has completed working for the company and payroll companies for 36 months, and after the company repeatedly tried to arbitrarily refuse to renew her contract.

We are strengthening the Union’s position, fighting to improve our working conditions and sign a collective agreement with pay rises and rights for all and permanent contracts. For effective health and safety measures for all.
