It has been nearly two weeks since the incident in the PPZ building on the second floor, and unfortunately, no corrective measures have been taken.

Our colleague, who experienced a health issue due to dust exposure from the air conditioner filter change, was contacted by management. They initially mentioned scheduling an appointment with the occupational doctor but then ceased communication. Despite initiating an investigation and interviewing several employees and managers present during the incident, no actions have been taken to enhance health and safety protocols.

The visible dust on the air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as the uncleaned floors and unpleasant odors, remain unaddressed. This lack of action underscores a troubling pattern of management prioritizing numbers and profits over employee well-being. Rather than addressing the root causes and improving the working environment, management seems more focused on defending their position. Such behavior ensures unaccountability among managers, as they face no repercussions for neglecting employee health and safety.

The extreme temperatures on the floor, whether freezing or overly hot, continue to pose health risks, leading to illnesses such as colds and flu.

This situation is not isolated to the PPZ building; it reflects broader issues across multiple floors and buildings.

We call on Teleperformance management to take immediate, concrete steps to rectify these problems and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. In addition, we urge the establishment of a health and safety committee, comprising representatives from both the company and the union, to collaboratively improve working conditions and ensure the well-being of all employees.
