Η Ομοσπονδία Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων Ελλάδας καταγγέλει τις μαζικές απολύσεις εργαζομένων σε Teleperformance και Vodafone και στέκεται στο πλευρό των σωματείων που δίνουν τη μάχη για την ανάκληση των απολύσεων και για την υπογραφή επιχειρησιακών Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας.
Οι δυο πολυεθνικοί όμιλοι που δραστηριοποιούνται στον κλάδο των Τηλεπικοινωνιών, με εκατοντάδες εκατομμύρια τζίρο, αξιοποιούν το τεράστιο αντεργατικό οπλοστάσιο της σημερινής και των προηγούμενων κυβερνήσεων και προχωρούν σε δεκάδες απολύσεις εργαζομένων με πρόσχημα τη λήξη των συμβάσεων ορισμένου χρόνου μέσω τρίτων εταιρειών, που τόσα χρόνια αναγκάζουν τους εργαζόμενους να υπογράφουν. Και όλα αυτά την ίδια περίοδο που τα δυο επιχειρησιακά σωματεία παλεύουν για την υπογραφή Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας.
Από τη μια, η εργοδοσία της Teleperformance, η οποία εδώ και καιρό προσπαθεί να κάμψει τον αγώνα των συναδέλφων μας με διάφορους τρόπους (πίτσες, ρεπό και άδειες τις μέρες της απεργίας, εξτρά μπόνους για απεργοσπασία). Τώρα εξαπολύει απειλές, παρατηρήσεις και απολύσεις σε πάνω από 30 συναδέλφους, ανάμεσα τους και μέλη ΔΣ του επιχειρησιακού σωματείου αλλά και σωματείων του κλάδου.
Από την άλλη, η εργοδοσία της Vodafone καλεί συναδέλφους να περάσουν από τα γραφεία των τρίτων εταιρειών μέσω των οποίων έχουν προσληφθεί και προχωρά σε δεκάδες απολύσεις, επειδή η Vodafone αποφάσισε να τελειώσει την συνεργασία μαζί τους και να κάνει περικοπές. Την ίδια στιγμή, δεν έχει περάσει πολύς καιρός όπου διαφήμιζαν νέες επενδύσεις και την κερδοφορία της εταιρείας.
Αποδεικνύεται για μια ακόμη φορά ότι οι ανάγκες και τα συμφέροντα των εργαζομένων δεν
μπορούν να συμβαδίζουν με αυτά των εργοδοτών. Ή τα κέρδη τους ή οι ζωές μας! Είναι η δράση των σωματείων που ενοχλεί την εργοδοσία και των δυο ομίλων. Θέλουν να μην κουνιέται φύλλο μέσα και έξω από τους χώρους δουλειάς. Σε αυτό συναντιούνται όλοι, οι εργοδότες, οι κυβερνήσεις, το κράτος.
Ξεκαθαρίζουμε προς κάθε κατεύθυνση ότι αυτές οι κινήσεις είναι αιτία πολέμου. Δεν θα αφήσουμε καμία εργοδοσία να απλώνει τα χέρια της στα σωματεία, στους πρωτοπόρους, στους αγωνιστές, στους συνδικαλιστές.
Η προσπάθεια να χτυπήσουν το ΣΕΤΕΠ δε θα περάσει!
Οι εργαζόμενοι σε Vodafone και Teleperformance δεν είναι μόνοι τους! Ο αγώνας
τους είναι αγώνας όλων μας!
Καλούμε τα σωματεία-μέλη μας να στηρίξουν τους αγώνες και τις διεκδικήσεις των δυο σωματείων μας. Να πάρουμε μαζικά αποφάσεις καταδίκης των απολύσεων και των εκβιαστικών τακτικών των εργοδοτών των δύο ομίλων. Καλούμε όλους τους εργαζόμενους να στηρίξουν τις κινητοποιήσεις των δύο σωματείων με τη μαζική μας παρουσία, να γίνει η μάχη που δίνουν υπόθεση όλων μας.

τεχνικό, πωλήσεις, aftersales και AI. - Ενημερωτική κινητοποίηση στα γραφεία της εταιρείας στον Πειραιά (Μαυρομιχάλη) την
Παρασκευή 20/12 απ’τις 08.30 μέχρι τις 12.30 - Προειδοποιητική Απεργία τη Δευτέρα 23/12 με δύο αγωνιστικά ραντεβού. Στις 08.00 το
πρωί μπροστά απ’ τα κτήρια στον Πειραιά (Γραβιάς 25), Θεσ/κη (Λιμάνι Center), Χανιά
και στις 19.00 το απόγευμα στο κτήριο του Πειραιά, Γραβιάς 25

The Federation of Private Employees of Greece denounces the mass dismissals workers at Teleperformance and Vodafone and stands by the side of the unions who are fighting the battle for the revocation of the dismissals and for the signing collective agreements.
The two multinational groups operating in the telecommunications sector, with with hundreds of millions in turnover, are using the huge anti-labour arsenal of the of the current and previous governments and proceed with dozens of redundancies workers under the pretext of the expiry of fixed-term contracts through third parties companies, which for so many years have been forcing workers to sign. And all this at the same time that the two business unions are fighting for the signing Collective Labour Agreements.
On the one hand, the Teleperformance management which has long been trying to block the struggle of our colleagues in various ways (pizzas, days off and holidays on the strike days, extra bonuses for strike-breaking). Now it is making threats, and dismissals to over 30 colleagues, including members of the board of directors of the of the company union and unions in the industry.
On the other hand, the management of Vodafone is calling on colleagues to go through the offices of the third party companies through which they have been recruited and proceeds to dozens of redundancies because Vodafone has decided to end its cooperation with them and make cuts. At the same time, not long ago they were advertising new investments and the company’s profitability.
Once again it is shown that the needs and interests of the workers are not can go hand in hand with those of employers. Either their profits or our lives! It is the action of the unions that bothers the employers of both groups. They want no leaves to be turned inside and outside the workplace. This is where everyone meets, the employers, the governments, the state.
We make it clear in every direction that these moves are cause for war. We will not allow any employer to lay its hands on the unions, the pioneers, the militants, the trade unionists.
The attempt to strike the SETEP will not pass!
The workers at Vodafone and Teleperformance are not alone! The struggle
their struggle is the struggle of all of us!
We call on our member unions to support the struggles and demands of of our two unions. To take mass decisions to condemn the dismissals and the blackmailing tactics of the employers of the two groups. We call on all workers to support the mobilizations of the two unions with our mass to make the battle they are fighting the cause of all of us.
We support the strike and the mobilisation programme of the SETEP:
- 4-hour work stoppage on Thursday 19/12 10.00-14.00 in Client X departments,
Technical, sales, aftersales and AI. - Friday 20/12 from 08.30 to 12.30
- Warning Strike on Monday 23/12 with two race meetings. At 08.00 in front of the buildings in Piraeus (25 Gravias), Thes/ki (Port Center), Chania and at 19.00 in the afternoon at the building in Piraeus, Gravia 25
- We support the work stoppage of the Vodafone-360 Employees Union Connect on Friday 20 December and the gathering at the Vodafone building in Chalandri (Tzavela 1-3)
