Dear colleagues,

Our previous strike was very successful, it showed the will of our colleagues to fight, to escalate, because we all understand that we can’t go on with this situation, and our demands must be met immediately! In this context, our General Assembly on Sunday unanimously decided to go to an escalation with a 48-hour strike on 19/11 and participation in the all Greek strike on 20/11 to join our voices with the rest of our colleagues from all over Greece so that it becomes even bigger, and all of us together shout enough is enough!

We are filled with optimism by the hundreds of colleagues who have gone on strike for the first time in dozens of departments. It is the responsibility of all of us to increase our numbers even further, to reach even more departments, our demands are fair, and we will not stop until we achieve them and sign a Collective Labor Agreement!

We join our voices with the workers in the industry and especially the other big call centers, Webhelp, TTEC and Foundever, with our colleagues from Wolt and e-food, teachers, dock workers and our colleagues at Cosco who through their struggle managed to have their insurance recognized as Heavy and Unhealthy retroactively from 2012 to today!

We are fighting side by side against unpaid leave in times of downsizing, abusive dismissals, the disgraceful status of specific purpose visa, every small and big issue that concerns our colleagues. Our union is our strength, through our struggle we have won our voice to be heard, through our struggles we have made it strong, so we will succeed in winning our demands! We all know they are fair, we all know we will not stop until we get it signed!

We are many, we are right, we will win!

We demand a CLA with:

• 5 days, 7 hours, 35 hours, immediate harmonization of working hours for colleagues from Majorel, from 8 and a half hours to 8 hours.
• Substantial raises for all, regardless of language and job description.
• Permanent contracts for all
• Application of three-year terms for all colleagues, without evening it out against the bonus
• 60 breaks for all

We invite all to:

• Mass participation in the mobilization in front of the Ministry of Immigration on 18/11 at 18.30, to get answers and to achieve the improvement of this shameful situation of the specific purpose visa
  
• In Athens and Piraeus:
  >> On 19/11 at 08.00 on the first day of our strike, we meet in front of the Gravias building to send a loud message to the company;
  >> On the second day 20/11, the day of the nationwide strike, we meet at the same time in front of the building of 25 Gravias again and at 10.30 we go together to the Plateia Theatrou to join our voices with all our colleagues!
  
• In Thessaloniki:
  >> On 19/11 at 08.30 on the first day of our strike, we meet in front of the building of 26th October 43, to send a loud message to the company
  >> On the second day 20/11, the day of the nationwide strike, we are in front of the building of of the building of 26th October 43 again at the same time and at 10.30 we go together to the Venizelos Statue to join our voices with all our colleagues!
