Our previous strikes have been extremely successful and massive, and all the struggle we have put up so far has put the company in a tight corner. Our union is our strength. Through it, we have managed to make our voice heard. Through our struggle, we have managed to put so much pressure on the company, and through our struggle, we will manage to win our demands! We all know that they are fair, and we will not stop until we get them!

Teleperformance has tried to stop us with various tactics, but each time, all their efforts have failed!

They have desperately tried with pizza days, extra bonuses for those working on strike days, threatening us with cutting our bonuses if we strike, and giving days off to colleagues who knew they would strike, but to no avail!

Thus, their attempt to scare us with warning letters and notices of non-renewal of contracts to colleagues who have stepped forward in their departments will also fail!

We are too close for that, and Teleperformance is now baring its teeth because it feels threatened. So let’s remind them that our demands are fair, and that we will not stop until they are met with a CLA and raises for all.

We state it clearly: hands off our union!

The only solution you have is to sign a Collective Labor Agreement immediately to satisfy our just demands!

We are here, and we will continue to be here. This is just the beginning. There are thousands of us, and every day we become more and more. We will not back down because we know that our wages do not even get us through the middle of the month. We refuse to be held prisoner, losing our vacation days and compensation rights, with endless short-term contracts!

A company that makes over 60 million a year in profits from our work wants us to be productive and survive on meager wages. Once again, Teleperformance leaves hundreds of colleagues from Apple RCC departments on the street, while many more are on “we’ll see today or tomorrow” or with ten-day renewals like Apple’s AIML departments. Meanwhile, at Dropbox, they are making up ostensible staff reductions, while two more waves of new employees are being prepared. At the same time, the intensification and pressure in a number of “human conditions” departments, at Google, Microsoft, Canon, Norton, Meta, and Cosmote, are through the roof.

Our union is and will be here to defend all these colleagues, and that is what hurts them. They don’t want to lose a penny of their fat dividends. They won’t get away with it! We are all informing our departments immediately so that no one is left who won’t join the fight. Now we join the ranks of our union!

No one alone! We are many, we are right, we will win!
