We honour Labour Day, the bloody struggles of our class for work with rights, life with dignity, without poverty, exploitation and wars.

May Day is a day of struggle and honour for workers all over the world.

From Chicago in 1886 to the Athens May Day of 1894, from May Day 1936 in Thessaloniki to May Day 1944 with the heroic sacrifice of 200 communists in Caesariani, the working class has written with its blood the most glorious pages of the class struggle, of the organized struggle and claim, against their system, for work and life with rights, to open the way for the abolition of the exploitation of man by man, for the
overthrow of capitalist barbarism.

We are proud workers from all countries of the world – We are brothers and sisters fighting for each other, despite our language, origin and cultural characteristics.

May Day is not a holiday, it is a day of Strike!
We take the baton from the great struggles of the previous period and carry on.

Teleperformance workers know first-hand what intensification, employer arbitrariness and low wages mean. We give our own answer by persevering in conflict with the politics of profit, we fight every day for our lives, for everything that is our right today.

We strengthen our struggle for the immediate signing of collective agreements with substantial wage increases, permanent contracts for everyone in Teleperformance, with rights and achievements regardless of
language and subject. We strengthen the struggle against precision and politics that measures our needs as costs.
