Once again, it has been proven that our struggle is yielding results; the management’s attempt to block the Union’s activities—and its very existence—has once again come to nothing.

Under the pressure of our struggle, as well as the solidarity of Labor Centers and Unions, both in Greece and abroad, we have succeeded in getting our colleague—who was elected to the Union’s Board as well as to the Board of the sectoral Union, SETIP, to return to her job today with full rights and a permanent contract.

According to the recent court ruling, our colleague was dismissed for reasons related to her union activities; the dismissal was deemed illegal and abusive, and on that basis, she resumed work on July 1.

We demand the immediate reinstatement of all our colleagues who were dismissed for their union activities!

We are filled with optimism as we continue our struggle!

We are strengthening the collective and organized struggle that pains them so much!

We are strengthening the ranks of the Union!

We are fighting to improve our working conditions and to secure the signing of a collective bargaining agreement that includes pay raises and rights for all, permanent contracts, and effective health and safety measures for everyone.

A major victory for our union with the re-hiring of a dismissed member of the board!
