We are happy to welcome the players and the teams to our first tournament.
We play to enjoy our free time pleasantly with our colleagues, with no sponsors! We join to cheer for our colleagues, in this tournament we are the team leaders and we all are winners!
The first round of our tournament will take place on the Saturday of 24/05/2025 in two venues, one for each group. Group A will play in Moschato municipal 5X5 football field which will be played between 17.40 – 20.20. And Group B will be played at the Botsalakia football 5X5 field at between 18.00 -21.00.
Both groups are made up of three teams each and all teams will face each other in a single match. The two teams with the most points in the end of the first round, will proceed to the next round, where the first from Group A will play the second from Group B, and the first from Group B with the second from Group A.
Points are allocated as follows 3 for each victory, and 1 for a draw.
In case of a draw in points the deciding factors are, the results between the teams, goal aggregate, goals scored against each other, goals conceded.
The two semi- finals will take place on Saturday of 31/05 between 19.00 – 21.00 in Moschato municipal 5X5 football field.
While the final will take place on Saturday of 07/06/2025 20.00 – 21.00 in Moschato municipal 5X5 football field.
In the final and the semifinals, in case of a draw, we resort directly to a penalty shoot-out. Five penalties each and then one each until one misses.

Regulations
PLAYERS’ PARTICIPATION: A team can compete in, with five (5) players (including the goalkeeper). In case less than 5 team members show up, the team will automatically lose the game by 3-0.
Every team must show up 15 minutes before the time of the game. For any case of delay there must be a beforehand email from the team captain to contact@setep.gr latest until the day before the match. In case of delay or last-minute cancellation, the team might be disqualified.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: In every team, the total number of players cannot exceed 10. Only 5 players can play at the time. The substitution of players is unlimited. Changes or additions to the groups of players can be made only in the first phase of the tournament. During the knockout phase, player changes will be allowed only in case a player has left the company or if there is a serious reason (e.g. health issue). In any of these cases there must be a beforehand email from the team captain to contact@setep.gr latest until the day before the match.
UNIFORM OF PLAYERS: The players of every team must have a homogenous appearance appropriate “ Bibs will be provided”. footwear (sports shoes without tacks, provided by themselves: football shoes with metal or plastic spikes are strictly prohibited. Only TURF shoes are accepted.). Players are not allowed to wear whatever could be dangerous, such as jewelry, watches, bracelets, etc.
DURATION OF THE MATCH: Each match is made of two equal periods of 20 minutes each.
The half-time break will last 5 minutes. The referee is the only timekeeper and has the last word to enforce the rules of the tournament. Teams have the right to a time-out of one minute in each game. At the last three minutes of the game none of the two teams is allowed to have a time-out. Additionally, when the ball hits the upper part of the field (net), the game goes on.
ELIMINATION OF PLAYERS: When a player is sent off, the team should compete by having one player less. If the team scores a goal in two minutes time, it will be immediately completed into a 5-player team. If the team scores a goal during the two minutes time, it has to wait for two minutes to pass until they add a player.
ACTIONS OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS: The teams are responsible for the actions of their players and a team may be expelled from the tournament, under the decision of the organizer, in case of abuse of referees, attempt to assault a referee, or rude behavior against the opposing players.
INJURIES OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS: Every player is responsible for their own participation. The venue provides a doctor during the games.
