No worker should vote, participate in, or legitimize the company’s so-called “Health and Safety Committee” elections.

These elections are a corporate maneuver to fabricate consent and undermine workers’ rights. Participation only serves the company’s interests, not ours.

A legitimate Health and Safety Committee must be organized by workers, with independent oversight and legal support.

The candidate list is a mockery. It includes high-level executives, such as a Vice President of Business Development, who have no connection to the realities faced by employees.

These committees are designed to present a false image of safety and compliance, while failing to address work-related deaths and injuries, illnesses caused by overwork and stress, unsafe equipment and poor office conditions, and lack of support for remote workers.

They exist to protect the company in legal disputes, silence workers’ concerns, and deflect accountability. They do not represent us, and they will not fight for our safety or dignity.

We reject this fraudulent process entirely. 
We strengthen our Union. 
We organize independently, with transparency, legal integrity, and worker-led representation.

Do not vote. Do not participate. Do not legitimize this process.
